It’s a short walk to the centre of town, direct access to the buzz of the triangle, and it’s a 7-minute walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops in Clifton Village. I really enjoyed running on a Sunday morning to the Downs, Leigh Woods or Ashton Court, stopping for a coffee in the village on the way back (and made easier as the hills are very kind for Bristol!). Being set back from the road and with the bedroom facing the garden means that the flat is very peaceful. The garden is a delight. In the summer it is great for BBQs and for eating dinner outside. My cat particularly enjoyed sunbathing on the wall in the private garden.
