The location is unbeatable, with everything from transport hubs to healthcare facilities, and a rich array of shops, bars, theatres and restaurants within short walking distance. We particularly love the Square's beautiful garden on the doorstep, a perfect spot for neighbourly chats. We used the accessible flat roof (via the dressing room trap door) as a quaint, private nook for enjoying sunny days and having our morning coffee. If we were staying, we'd add a spiral staircase there for easier access. We are moving abroad and downsizing for retirement, leaving behind not just a home, but a hub of social life and comfort. We hope the new owners will adore this unique property as much as we have."
