Leading West Country estate agents, and Mayfair Office members,  Mansbridge & Balment recently celebrated their 30th anniversary since opening their branch in Yelverton.

Joining in the reminiscing was former Managing Director, David Balment, who was at the helm back in 1983 when the business was acquired from Meese & Co. He commented, ‘there have been a few changes since then, not least of all the property prices, but it’s great to see that the firm has gone from strength to strength.’

Back in 1983 Mrs Thatcher was the Prime Minister and Culture Club were topping the charts with Karma Chameleon. Much has changed, but Mansbridge & Balment remain the leading estate agency in the area, with nine residential offices across the region and plans for further branches in the future.
