Oversees strategic and operational initiatives across UK and global networks. A Liverpool native now based in Cyprus, she brings extensive luxury property development and international experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and holds a Law degree.

Nicole brings with her a strong and well-rounded background spanning both real estate and luxury hospitality. She began her career in property with Hamptons International and Winkworth, working in the country markets of Sussex, before moving into the hospitality sector where she represented boutique 4- and 5-star hotels and serviced apartments in London. She also spent six years in New York as USA Sales Manager for The Ascott, leading sales initiatives across major U.S. markets. This international experience gives her a valuable global perspective that will greatly benefit our membership.

Oversees public relations and strategic marketing. With 30+ years in real estate networks and a degree in business communications and English literature, she excels in international marketing, strategic storytelling, and engaging diverse audiences.

Yokaira Santos has joined the Mayfair team as Office Manager in London, bringing 8+ years of experience in operations and marketing; fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian; and a proven background in real estate marketing, social media, and office management.
