This unique strip of mixed woodland runs along the A466 Wye Valley road from the South side of Wyesham to Redbrook. Its width is between the road and the edge of the former railway line which privately owned. The woodland area totals approximately 8 acres with an off road vehicle parking area is on the bend at the far end boundary of the showground car-park.
There is also a pedestrian access on the left just before the junction of the road leading up to Newland. The owner has a recently renewed a Land/Public Liability insurance policy with a cover of 5 million pounds costing £239 per annum.
Directions: - Take the A466 Wye Valley road from Monmouth passing Lidl and the 30 mph sign at the end of the meadows to your left just as the road bends round to the right is a small clearing /grassed area to park where the woodland starts and runs all the way down close to the 30mph sign in Redbrook where there is small path that accesses the woodland.
