MAINS DRAINAGE: Similar comments apply that the service is available via connection to the Vendor’s main sewer connection, or alternatively, a purchaser may wish to investigate the cost and practicality of installing an on-site private sewerage scheme.

MAINS GAS: We understand connection may be available in Goxhill Avenue, the cost and practicality to be investigated by the proposed purchaser.

MAINS ELECTRICITY: Similar comments apply as per the connection for mains gas.
