I’m really going to miss living in this location; everything you need is right on the doorstep! It’s close to the harbour for post work walks and a pint or two in some of Bristol’s great pubs and restaurants; it’s walking distance to the city centre, Wapping Wharf, Clifton, and Bristol Temple Meads. There’s an abundance of shops nearby on Park Street and a well-equipped gym nearby in Millennium Square. The flat is in the heart of the city centre but is also tucked away, private, and secure. Outside there is a really good-sized terrace, a much larger outdoor space than other flats I viewed when deciding where to move to. It also benefits from excellent storage and whilst I have been here, I’ve put in a new modern kitchen with fully integrated appliances. The flat is so light and bright with lots of south facing glazing and it overlooks the communal garden below.

If you are after even more space, College Green is at the end of the street or Brandon Hill Park with fabulous views over the city is across the road. The flat is so well located I made the decision to go car free, however I previously had an on-street parking permit so although the flat does not have a car parking space there are plenty of options for travel/parking.
