After redecorating the flat, I’ve enjoyed having friends and family come to stay and exploring the fantastic parts of Bristol nearby.
The natural light that the property boasts is fantastic. In the mornings, I’ve loved the sun shining brightly through the bedroom windows, illustrating the fantastic views of Bristol and then being able to enjoy the evening sun in the living room with friends. The second bedroom has served extremely well as a guest room, a space to work and most recently as somewhere to exercise!
The location of the property is a huge bonus. Whilst having private parking has undoubtedly removed the stress of parking in a busy area, I have loved living within walking distance of amazing shops and bars in Clifton, Stokes Croft, Cotham Hill and the city centre. The added bonus of this location is that friends and family have always comfortably been able to park very close by, making it easy to socialise and meet up with loved ones.
