A delightful two bedroom garden flat in a most convenient location close to a lovely local rank of shops and within walking distance of Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Central Bristol.
The flat has garden areas to front and rear and has handy side access, good if you have bikes!
The garden to the rear is Southwest facing and has a large shed in it with potential for it to be a home office.
We spent three very happy years living in this flat before renting it out from April 2019.
One of our favourite features of the flat has to be the GARDEN. It is south facing and very private. We put up a new fence in 2019 and it benefits from a side gate (great for dogs and bikes) and a LARGE GARDEN 10/8ft shed/art studio which we put up in 2018.
The practical and smart kitchen was installed in 2017. It has the luxury of an integrated dishwasher, oven, induction hop, washer/dryer, ample space for a fridge freezer, cupboards to the ceiling and drawers underneath, all to optimize space.
The large separate sitting/dinning room with its wonderful bay window is a great entering space. The fireplace seat is a lovely nook for reading. So to is the built in storage bench in the window.
Location wise, it could not be better.
Clifton downs (7mins) and Redland Green (4mins) for dog walks and picnics, Redland Green also benefits from its tennis club and gym just 4 minutes walk away. Whiteladies road (4mins) is full of lovely places to eat or in the opposite direction is the Gloucester Road (10mins) for its broad range of restaurants and shops. Not forgetting our favourite local, The Shakespeare at the end of the road.
What we will miss most is living in a cosy friendly neighborhood in the heart of Bristol.
