The team at Mayfair Office members, Zoe Napier & Associates, has every reason to celebrate after being crowned as winners for the third consecutive year at the prestigious Estate Agency Awards 2013 in association with The Sunday Times and sponsored by the Zoopla Group which was held in London on 6th December.

Over 600 agents from throughout the UK, with more entrants than ever before representing over 5000 offices, attended the glittering awards ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel opposite Hyde Park where the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the estate agency industry were revealed where only the very best of the best were crowned winners. The awards were presented by TV newsreader and presenter Penny Smith.

The Essex based agency won Gold for best single office in East of England and were awarded a UK Bronze for Best Prestige. The competition for the 2013 awards was at the highest standards ever and the ceremony was the culminating event of a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 150 hours of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman; Christopher Hamer and Martin Baum Vice President of the NAEA as Arbiter.

Zoe Napier commented as to how thrilled the entire team were, to have their hard work and professional ethics recognised where the judges report highlighted the firm to be ‘a standout agency who continually improve their offering to ensure clients are confident in a full complement of gold standard services and who are extremely customer focused with a strong brand specialising in the sale of both Country & Equestrian and Coastal & waterside properties’. Zoe hopes that the recognition of these awards and the team’s enthusiasm to further improve allows them to continue their growth plans into 2014.
