Following a record year, Mayfair Office members, Scottfraser are opening a dedicated sales department in Summertown.

The sales operation, already successfully established in Oxford from its Headington and East Oxford offices, will work alongside the experienced lettings team, and will offer the first genuinely cohesive sales operation within the city.

The office will be headed by Nicola Horner, who is enthusiastic about the opportunity. “Since its inception in 2005 the Scottfraser sales operation in Oxford continues to go from strength to strength, and our new branch will enable us to consolidate our existing reputation in this area. We will be the first multi-branch sales operation in the city to offer a seamless service without boundaries, as all of our staff will be motivated equally regardless of location, within the city ‘hub.’”

Nicola, who been with Scottfraser for six years and during which time has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying continued: “We rely on recommendations: over 70% of our business comes from professional and personal recommendations. We are committed to consistently providing an exceptional standard of service to ensure these referrals from satisfied clients, solicitors, banks, architects and even on occasion other estate agents, continue.”

Since launching, Scottfraser is already handling some notable sales in Central and North Oxford, and have some key new instructions including on Observatory Street and Islip Road.
