Last year, Prospect’s Financial Controller David Sheate participated in a charity walk to raise money for MacMillan Nurses. David walked a staggering 100km from Putney to Henley along the Thames path in just 26 hours! That’s the equivalent to nearly two and a half marathons in just one day!

David was fundraising along with 3 other friends, who completed the walk on the 29th September. They raised a fantastic £2,878.00 from donations from family and friends in recognition of this amazing achievement!

The MacMillan Nurses offer specialist help and treatment to people who are affected by cancer. Their work is funded almost entirely through generous voluntary donations from supporters. This truly is an amazing cause which makes a huge difference to so many lives.
