The International Property Awards are renowned as the largest and most prestigious property accolades in the world and Prospect is delighted to take home the honours.

Earlier this year, Prospect was awarded Best Estate Agency and Best Lettings Agency in Berkshire which led to its nomination for Best Lettings Agency in the UK. After winning the UK award, Prospect competed against the best agencies from around the world and took home yet another gold, crowning them ‘Best International Lettings Agency’.

The international awards were judged by a team of property professionals who carefully analysed all areas of the letting service provided by agencies from around the world. Prospect’s innovative and progressive service was deemed to be the best out of all international competitors therefore it was awarded Best International Lettings Agency.
