Mayfair Office members Seddons are delighted to announce that Richard Stagg BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV has joined Nick Seddon, Rob Hann and Bridget Froud as a full partner of Seddons.

Richard has been running Seddons farm agency and agricultural departments for the last five years during which time it has built up into one of the premier rural firms in Devon.

Richard comes from a long line of auctioneers and farm agents with both his father and grandfather practising in Tiverton before him.

As well as developing the farm agency side of the business, Richard is well regarded in agricultural circles, is senior vice-chairman of the Western Counties Agricultural Valuers Association, a National Council member for the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, on the NFU rural surveyor panel and a Tenant Farmers Association recommended valuer.

In what spare time he has, he is on the organising committee for the Mid Devon show and will be found directing operations in the main ring, taking part in various athletic endeavours and providing a full time taxi service for his children.
