Local Agents Raising Money For Local Charities

As a family run, independent local business, Guy Leonard and Company supports two local charities which make a real difference to people’s lives:
The Dame Vera Lynn Trust who run a local, self funding school which works with children with cerebral palsy and their families.
Horsham Community Responders trained volunteers who attend emergency calls received by the Ambulance Service, and give life-saving care in the minutes up to when the ambulance arrives.
In 2014 the GL&Co team have undertaken a number of charity activities to support these chosen charities:
Neil Moore, MD at GL&Co, cycled 200 miles up and down the mountains of Majorca in just 4 days to raise in excess of £1500 for the Dame Vera Lynn Trust.
The GL&Co Giraffe, signed by Queen musician Brian May, was auctioned for the Horsham Community Responders and raised £300.
Two of the GL&Co team, Kate and Michelle, joined the Dame Vera Lynn charity walk, trekking 35km across the beautiful South Downs in just over 8 hours raising £625 for them.
The GL&Co Horsham Office participated in a number of events—the Easter Bunny Hunt, Pancake Races (coming a respectable second!) The Dragon’s Egg Trail & soon the Halloween Trail, run by the local Rotary Club, to raise money for various local causes.
GL&Co are delighted that the total raised for the Dame Vera Lynn Trust has now hit almost £12,000—a fantastic achievement!
