A Colourful Local Event

Molly Lucas, aged 5 and Rebecca Latcham, aged 10, received an early Christmas present from Mayfair Office members, Ibbett Mosely and Howard Cundey recently when they won a hotly contested colouring competition set by the combined firms. Molly, from Holmsdale School, Reigate and Rebecca from Lingfield Primary School, won a Nintendo DSI and runners up received stationary and colouring sets.

Ibbett Mosely and Howard Cundey have always had a close involvement with their local communities and this year decided to participate with the areas’ primary schools and set a special competition.  All of their offices were involved and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event, not least all the budding artists who competed.

Partner, Tim Foulkes, said, “We would like to congratulate Molly, Rebecca and all those who competed in the competition.  It is often said that local businesses should become more involved with schools and other educational establishments. It is not hard to do and the rewards are enormous for both sides.  All our staff members have enjoyed the event and look forward to other activities such as this in the future.”

“While it has been a tough year for property we have actually seen a great deal of improvement in both values and activity and have had a very satisfactory twelve months despite the recession. This is down to a number of factors  - the long experience of both our brands, good reputation and great staff.  So I would like to wish our clients – past, present and future, all those we have the good fortune to work with on a day-to-day basis and especially all our young colourists, all the very best for 2010, and may it be a very good and colourful year for everyone!”
