Bell Ingram is a very special firm of land and built environment specialist that covers Scotland and the north of England.
For over thirty years Bell Ingram have been supporting major industries handling wayleaves and compensation for pipelines & cables from its offices in Scotland, at Knutsford in Cheshire and at Thirsk and Morpeth in the North-East of England.
To meet the increasing demands for conservation and environmental advice, the company has developed an association with a range of specialists, including landscape architects, planners, ecologists and water experts, and can respond to the needs of clients in both the public and private sectors.
In particular, Bell Ingram specialise in the development of conservation plans for degraded habitats, farm plans under the ESA scheme and the restoration and improvement of native woodlands. With the increasing demands for leisure, the Bell Ingram consultancy team have undertaken a wide variety of studies on leisure and tourism development opportunities working closely with other specialist consultants, where appropriate.
