West Midlands
The West Midlands is a metropolitan county formed in 1974. The county contains three major cities - Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. It also covers major centres, such as Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, and the Black Country towns of Dudley, Walsall and West Bromwich.
Much of the county is a highly urban environment of industrial, commercial and residential areas. But on the edges are extremely attractive suburbs. Buyers favour Solihull, Four Oaks, and Tettenhall.
