Northamptonshire
To overlook Northamptonshire in a property search would be a great error. There
is much to commend the county. The landscape may not be among the county’s best
assets but charming architecture certainly is. The north-west has an almost Cotswolds
feel and the vernacular building stone in pale grey, cream and gold, depending on
the local quarry, accentuates this.
Elsewhere too in the county excellent transport connections to London attract buyers.
Rail services to London Euston and St. Pancras from Northampton and Kettering are
particularly good.
Mayfair Office currently has no member firms in Northamptonshire but would be very
