Hampshire has a superb landscape with the advantage of excellent commuting to London.

Further south is the New Forest. Created as a hunting area in 1079 by William the
Conqueror, it is a unique area of historical, ecological and agricultural significance.
Prices in this protected and beautiful area are at a high premium - locally termed
the ‘Forest Factor’. Sailors love Lymington, a yacht haven on the Solent and a delightful
town.
