Bell Ingram is a very special firm of land and built environment specialist that covers Scotland and the north of England.
For over thirty years Bell Ingram have been supporting major industries handling wayleaves and compensation for pipelines & cables from its offices in Scotland, at Knutsford in Cheshire and at Thirsk and Morpeth in the North-East of England.
The company has extended its services from gas to the electricity, water and communications industries and now undertakes work for an extensive range of PLCs.
Pipeline services provided by Bell Ingram include feasibility studies and route planning, land referencing, negotiating consents, public enquiry and compulsory rights work, access rights and land purchase, compensation negotiation, advising on land drainage, providing agricultural and liaison personnel on construction projects and financial services.
