Durrants are an independent family run estate agents, chartered surveyors, auctioneers, auction rooms & property management company. Now in its fourth generation and with offices located along the borders of Norfolk and Suffolk, the firm has an in depth knowledge and experience of property in the Waveney Valley and surrounding areas.
Durrants commenced auction sales in 1853. Since that time they have continued to undertake chattel sales and valuations throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. From their auction rooms in Peddars Lane, Beccles, the firm conducts monthly sales of antiques and fine art, periodic specialist sales and other sales by arrangement. A highly experienced team of valuers and auctioneers conduct valuations for probate, advice for sale, insurance and family division.
